Term and condition to publish an article to the AIP Conference Proceedings:
- Register as a presenter for the AIP Conference Proceedings on the Registration page
- Manuscripts must be in English
- Pass the similarity test of at least 25% (tested by the committee)
- Using the AIP Conference Proceedings template which can be accessed in the “Download” menu.
- The Author Guideline can be accessed on the page: https://aip.scitation.org/apc/authors/preppapers
- Willing to make every effort to revise the paper according to reviewer input within the specified time
- Papers selected to be recommended for publication by the AIP Conference Proceedings will be announced after the conference has been held
- Papers that do not match the template and do not pass the similarity test will be canceled by the committee
- The decision by the jury regarding the announcement of the acceptance of the article cannot be contested
- Articles that pass will be charged a publication fee of IDR 2,500,000
- Meanwhile, articles that do not pass will be given the option to be published in the ISSN Proceedings (Free) or may be withdrawn
